At ShaolinMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase doesn't bring balance to your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
